Studio Policies

• Each appointment requires a non refundable deposit that will be applied to service total

• Cancellations and rescheduling can be done up to 24 hrs prior to appointment time

• Cancellations within 24 hrs of service will be charged 50% of the service total. Rebooking a cancelled appointment requires a new deposit.

• No shows will be charged the full service total

• Clients who are 10+ minutes late will be charged an additional $10 fee

• After 15 minutes your appointment will be considered a No-Show and subject to a No-Show fee

• Clients who are 15+ minutes late will be required to rebook their appointment

Eat & make sure you’re hydrated to avoid feeling light headed

Avoid blood thinners like aspirin or caffeine (you’ll bleed more)

Be prepared for slight discomfort

Ear piercings - wear your hair up & out of your face

You can bring one friend for support

Don’t leave without aftercare instructions
